By accessing or using Mammatus Weather, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.
Weather information and safety
Mammatus Weather provides informational weather data derived from government and third-party sources. Information may be delayed, unavailable, incomplete, or inaccurate. Automated detections and tracks are not official warnings and do not confirm surface events. Mammatus Weather is not a replacement for official warnings, emergency services, or instructions from local authorities.
Permitted use
You may use the app for personal, lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, misuse source data, reverse engineer the app except where law expressly permits, or use the service in a way that harms others.
Subscriptions
Mammatus Weather Pro may be offered as an automatically renewing monthly or annual subscription through Apple. The App Store displays the applicable price, billing period, trial eligibility, and renewal terms before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, the subscription may renew automatically. Manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account settings.
Restore Purchases
Use Restore Purchases inside Mammatus Weather while signed in to the Apple ID used for the original purchase. Restoration does not create a new charge.
Availability and changes
Features and data sources may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. Some products depend on radar operating modes, region, provider availability, device capability, and network access.
Intellectual property
Apple, the Apple logo, and iPhone are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries and regions. App Store is a service mark of Apple Inc.
Mammatus Weather branding, interface, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Weather and map data remain subject to their respective providers’ terms and attribution requirements.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, the app and website are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Mammatus Weather is not liable for decisions made using weather information or for losses resulting from unavailable, delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate data, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
